About The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will help coordinate talent acquisition processes and activities for the technical recruitment team. You must be an independent thinker, driven, reliable, and highly organized individual who can work closely with others. If you are also a creative problem solver who believes in equal opportunities for all, we are looking for you!

What You Will Do:

  • Track open requisitions and process candidates through the interview process
  • Have exploratory/screening calls with candidates to tell them about CoinSwitch Kuber and the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with the hiring managers
  • Convey timely feedback to candidates about the results of their interviews
  • Update candidate status and feedback on the applicant tracking system
  • Assist in talent acquisition projects for diversity hiring, weekly hiring drives, talent marketing, etc.

What You Should Have:

  • More than 6 months of administrative and scheduling experience supporting a work group;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to proactively address routine issues with little guidance.
