About the Role

As a Campaign Manager, you will handle acquisition for CoinSwitch on digital marketing channels, unlock new channels for growth and optimise channels for better CAC. Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels including native advertising, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO). 

What You Will Do:

  • Work with cross-functional team to cater CoinSwitch's operational campaign needs
  • Serve as the go-to partner to all cross functional stakeholders, facilitating alignment between the teams
  • Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information
  • Support the creative team by planning overall campaign production timelines, project deliverables and resources.
  • Oversee our campaign project management to assure that we eliminate time sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity
  • manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production issues

What You Should Have:

  • Prior experience in leading and developing teams with 5 or more employees
  • 3+ years of experience managing a high volume of creative and campaigns
  • The ability to build relationships and influence others without authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Operation management skills, including prioritising, scheduling, and time management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, google sheets.
