About The Role:

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll manage the creation of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms, and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement strategic influencer driven campaigns; serve as the key lead across brands of clients for influencer campaigns
  • Build brand vision and strategies on how to take that vision to masses through social media
  • Use social media as an organic growth lever for consumer acquisition
  • Provide social media expertise customized per target consumer and marketing objectives; leverage influencer landscape, trends, tools, and external vendor relationships
  • Generate recap materials post campaign execution to measure and evaluate the value, including ROI and performance metrics
  • Direct campaign timeline and ensure projects are completed on-time; deliver influencer assets and coordinate logistics based on talent contracts

What You Should Have:

  • 5-7 years of work experience; with experience in social media and influencer marketing
  • Great negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgets.
  • Time-management ability as you will need to coordinate multiple projects at the same time.
  • Good project management skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Efficient stakeholder management for internal as well as external stakeholder alignment and coordination among teams.
  • Understanding of success metrics to gather a performance view of campaign efficiencies.
  • To be creative in terms of good content ideation.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
