Customer Success Specialist (CSS)

As an on-site customer success specialist (CSS), you are the face of the Caper both for shoppers and for our convenience store retail partner, and the bridge to communicate all-things Caper during the day-to-day operations in the retail

You have:

  • 1+ years of previous working experience as an on-site promoter, or in retail and/or customer service
  • Comfortable with technology devices
  • Customer oriented approach
  • Creative problem-solving skills to propose solutions where there are questions
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with different customers
  • Demonstrated experienced driving exceptional customer service

You’re ready to:

  • Learn how to use our product in a short time frame and able to convince others to use them!
  • Engage with customers and provide them with guidance on how to use our products
  • Submit daily usage reports through standardized for back to the company
  • Consistently demonstrate a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
  • Work with internal team to gather insight about customer behavior and product feedback to fuel customer success
  • Maintain accurate records and provide pertinent reporting
  • Quickly and efficiently solve problems and troubleshoot

Compensation: US$14 / hour, with possibility of monthly bonus if certain metrics are met

Hours: 32-40 hours a week with changing schedules

Location: Tempe, Arizona area
