Terrific Internal Audit Manager position with a highly regarded national nonprofit organization based in Jacksonville. The position will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Internal Audit team and be responsible for overseeing up to 9 risk-based audits annually throughout all functional areas of the organization, including programming, finance and IT. The Internal audit manager will be responsible for reviewing internal controls, identifying areas of potential risk and proposing effective solutions. The Internal Audit Manager will work closely with the organization's Audit Committee and be integrally involved in the design and execution of the annual audit plan. The role will manage, mentor and train a team of two audit professionals. The position will collaborate with teams throughout the organization with colleagues at all levels. Qualified candidates will have approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in internal audit or public accounting.
