Terrific Instructional Designer position with a highly regarded national nonprofit organization. As part of the Learning and Development team, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for supporting enterprise wide training across all applications, systems and platforms, including Workday and Salesforce. The position will work closely with various stakeholders to gather content and lead the design and creation of training materials for both in-person and virtual training sessions from scratch. Projects will include the design of online training, handbooks, course outlines, instructional materials and presentations utilized by a team of Training Specialists in executing training sessions across the organization. Qualified candidates will have approximately 3+ years of relevant experience, including proficiency is Articulate Storyline, Rise or Captivate. Salary + Bonus Potential + Excellent Benefits. Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and preparation of learning materials utilized for systems training at all levels
  • Develop a suite of products including online training materials, training handbooks, course outlines and instructional materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather content in their relevant areas of expertise to include in various training materials
  • Provide support to Training Specialist for existing system upgrades and new system implementations
  • Monitor training effectiveness and modify course materials as needed to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or more extensive experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
  • Experience Articulate Storyline, Rise or Captivate
