Terrific Research and Policy Analyst position with a growing philanthropic organization committed to end global malnutrition. The position will be responsible for performing extensive data analysis and modeling to support the work of the policy, advocacy and research teams. The Research and Policy Analyst will also perform desk-based research and summarize results in a manner that enables colleagues to leverage that information to draft full briefs, policy papers and other products. A master's degree in a relevant field is required. Experience with biostatistics and/or epidemiology would translate well for this position. Candidates must have extensive experience managing datasets of various sizes. LIST, Optima, SPSS or similar experience is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience and they provide excellent benefits.
  • Perform extensive research and data analysis, providing summary results needed to further the work of the organization
  • Conduct desk-based research to support data analysis and identify potential new focus areas for impact
  • Create impact modeling to demonstrate the need for the organization's work
  • Provide support to the directors, enabling the creation of policy papers and other products used to drive advocacy efforts
  • Various ad hoc requests, as needed


  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's in a related field (public health, nutrition, statistics, etc...)
  • Demonstrated track record of success managing and analyzing datasets
  • Biostatistics and/or epidemiology experience a plus
  • Experience with LIST, Optima, SPSS or similar a plus
