Recruiters spent hours manually scouring through directories, dialing numbers, and tracking leads.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the thing: <strong>Despite being labor-intensive, the process was \u201cpersonal<\/strong>.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, technology has our back. Later, he learned that success comes from understanding client needs and building relationships rooted in trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stick to the Basics<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>No matter how advanced the tools will get, the fundamentals of recruitment\u2014listening, connecting, and delivering value\u2014will always remain the core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Keep Your Energy Level Up<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Recruitment requires consistency and energy. <em>\u201cOrganize your days, keep making your calls, and stay disciplined. Your intensity should outlast the market&#8217;s unpredictability,\u201d<\/em> he advises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Learn (Yes, even from your competitors)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing that sets Thomas Chuna apart from other recruiters is his willingness to collaborate and learn from his competitors.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>I\u2019m friends with recruiters in different territories. If they\u2019re good, I\u2019ll tell people about them.
