We get it! That&#8217;s why we brought a calendar widget in Recruiterflow. With this widget,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You now have complete visibility of the scheduled events and tasks for yourself and your team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can toggle between day, week, or month to get a more complete picture<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-brand-new-careers-page-design\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Brand_New_Careers_Page_Design\"><\/span><strong>Brand New Careers Page Design<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Why do application forms ask for the same information that is in my resume?<\/em>\u201d &#8211; This has been a common frustration among candidates applying for a job. We are introducing a brand new design for the careers page. You can still sort by the latest candidates on top using the table sort feature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We added an \u2018is set\u2019 parameter in the Last Contacted, Last Engaged, and Placement filters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your recipe has an action of move stage and your trigger is \u201cEnters\/exits Saved Search\u201d, the recipe is now way smarter to recognize which job to apply this action to &#8211; if a candidate is added to multiple jobs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>MPC Enhancements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We <strong>removed the \u2018Select Job\u2019 popup<\/strong> shown even when the email did not contain a job field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When your prospects\/clients open the candidates on the \u201cPitch Candidates\u201d link, they will directly see the files section making it easier and faster for them to review candidates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>shortened the default email<\/strong> for sending MPC links and made it crisper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t see the enhancements you requested here? Some pretty big ones along with <a href=\"https:\/\/recruiterflow.com\/blog\/most-placable-candidate-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">most placeable candidate<\/a> integration with campaigns coming up next month!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bulk Upload<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We added the <strong>ability to choose a mapping criteria<\/strong> from a previous bulk upload while performing multiple, similar uploads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>record the file upload activity<\/strong> now when candidates are bulk-uploaded via resumes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Other_Updates\"><\/span><strong>Other Updates<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We added a <strong>custom field change log<\/strong> in the activity tab of candidate and contact profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We added <strong>new user settings<\/strong> that help account admins control who can add and delete tags or departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We now automatically <strong>add the sender\u2019s signature<\/strong> when a campaign is cloned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We now provide you with the ability to <strong>clone templates<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We now <strong>merge tasks<\/strong> when the associated profiles get merged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We <strong>added a drill-down view<\/strong> for the New Candidates Report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We added the ability to <strong>see system role permissions<\/strong> under Settings &gt; Users &gt; Roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We have <strong>removed duplicate checks<\/strong> on all social profiles except LinkedIn and Xing, as they strictly do not allow duplicates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have some exciting updates in store for you this month!
