Do a digital declutter.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fact-even-if-you-ve-scheduled-an-in-person-interview-it-s-most-likely-not-your-first-impression-nbsp\">Fact: even if you\u2019ve scheduled an in-person interview, it\u2019s most likely not your first impression.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Both companies and <a href=\"https:\/\/recruiterflow.com\/blog\/make-sale-pitching-place-candidates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">candidates are subject to digital searches<\/a>.
