\nWelcome to www.recruiterflow.com (the \u201cSite\u201d) of Recruiterflow, Inc. (\u201cRecruiterflow\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d and
\n\u201cour\u201d). This Site is operated by Recruiterflow and has been created to provide information about our
\ncompany and our recruitment management services and related technologies and related services,
\nincluding our applications for mobile devices (the \u201cPlatform, and together with the Site, the
\n\u201cServices\u201d) to our Site visitors (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d, \u201cCustomer\u201d). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy
\nwith respect to information including personally identifiable data (\u201cPersonal Data\u201d) and other
\ninformation that is collected from visitors to the Site and Services. This Privacy Policy also describes

\nour Customers and would like to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, please contact
\nsuch Customer directly (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond
\nwithin a reasonable timeframe.
\n? Information We Collect Through the Services
\n? The Services that you purchase or register to use may connect and transmit system,
\napplication, or product data to Recruiterflow. This data may include, but is not limited to,
\noperating system, system model, and IP address.
\n? When you use the Services, we and our partners collect certain information automatically
\nthrough use of cookies or similar technologies. Recruiterflow and our partners use cookies or
\nsimilar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Services, track your movements
\naround the Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

\n? Mobile application;

\nuse the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage,
\nperformance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the
\ninformation we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information
\nyou submit within the mobile application.
\n? Furthermore, in the course of using the Services, you or someone else in your organization
\nmay provide us with information about your systems infrastructure and access to your systems
\ninfrastructure. In addition, Recruiterflow may discover this information by analyzing additional
\nparts your systems infrastructure that you did not explicitly input into the Platform.
\n? Information We Collect From Other Sources We sometimes obtain information from other
\nsources, such as mergers and acquisitions, data brokers, or commercial lists, and merge this
\nwith information we have previously collected.
\n? If you give us Personal Data on behalf of someone else (or someone else gives us Personal
\nData on your behalf), the person providing the Personal Data must have consent to do so
\nfrom the person whose information is being provided to Recruiterflow. Some Recruiterflow
\nevents, websites or services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another

\nto send communications to you. You may elect to stop receiving our marketing emails by following
\nthe unsubscribe instructions included in such emails. Please also feel free to contact us if you have
\nany questions about Recruiterflow\u2019 Privacy Policy or the information practices of the Services.
\nWe send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any events or
\npromotions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications,

\nimprove the Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database
