Q.H.S.E Coordinator

Ascending.ltd is a manpower service provider that serves clients in various areas including in oil and gas. We are currently looking for a QHSE professionals to support future projects and add to our CV database.

Job Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in QHSE roles
  • QHSE Certification 
  • Knowledge of Angolan regulations in terms of HSE.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in onshore and Offshore
  • Safety Management On-site
  • Management of Major Emergencies
  • IOSH Safety Management 
  • ISO 9001-Internal auditor certificate
  • HSE-CPAT (Commission of Work Accident Prevention) Certificate
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good reputation for integrity and ethics
  • Ability to create effective relationships and networks
  • Vessel experience is an advantage 
  • BST training is an advantage 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating all QHSE activities.
  • Responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating security systems in accordance with policies and procedures and best practice standards.
  • Responsible to identify, develop and implement the QHSE management system.
  • Responsible for developing the skills of representatives on QHSE management systems
  • Responsible to develop lateral and practical solutions and manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
