Night Concierge

Circa 27k plus bonus, 4 nights on 4 off

Opportunity for a concierge to be the first point of contact for an expanding Property Management business based in London. This role is responsible for going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.

Key Requirements:

  • Providing a practical and timely solution to queries, which may include communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues and managers.
  • Helping out with parcels and post queries.
  • Work with residents to ensure our property remains a safe and enjoyable space.
  • Prepare and move bins for regular collection by external contractor
  • Ensure property bin stores are kept clean and tidy
  • You’ll be carrying out checks and building walks – logging all your observations on an iPad.
  • Inspecting our communal areas; the power house – the plant room, the lifts and the corridors and ensure these are kept clean.

 Key Skills:

  • Are you a friendly person who loves talking to and meeting people?
  • Sensible and calm under pressure?
  • Able to provide a warm welcome to visitors, parents/ carers, residents, couriers, etc
  • Do you have good common sense and are eager to help our and find solutions?
  • Take pride in your appearance and how you communicate with others?
  • Speak other languages? An amazing bonus as 80% of our residents are international.
  • A smart presentation is important – your top and name badge will be provided.
  • You will work 12 hour shifts – 20:00-08:00 on a 4-on-4-off rota pattern (including weekends and bank holidays).
  • We will apply for an enhanced DBS check – because we provide living accommodation for residents under 18 and we are committed to their safe-guarding.
