Customer Service/Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

Job Duties Include:
- Receiving and processing sales orders and close liaison with customers to ensure order is submitted and delivered in appropriate time
- Cross referencing appropriate price lists against customer orders
- Liaising with customs for import and exports
- Communicating with operations on requirements for delivery of raw materials to meet production slots
- Supporting and communicating with Commercial Managers
- Logging and dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
- Inputting and processing of purchase orders and close liaison with suppliers and hauliers to co-ordinate deliveries
- Experience in Customer Service is a must for this role 
- Experience in import/export logistics preferred 
- Experience with Supply Chain is also advantageous for this role
- Good attention to detail and professional attitude 
This is a superb position that has come available for an expanding client of ours, they have received excellent investment and have been established for several years now. Working within a fast paced environment you will provide professional customer service and work closely with the commercial managers to help liaise on the supply chain.  This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a great salary basic up to £23k, depending on experience.
