Sales and Customer Advisor

Huddersfield West Yorkshire, Full time

aka Recruitment are currently working with a superb and local client of ours to bring you this Sales and Customer Advisor role based in Huddersfield
 
Job Duties Include:
- Call handling dealing with both new and existing customers 
- Processing orders with customers over the phone 
- Liaise with production department for any additional queries 
- Dealing with customer complaints, resolving these in a fast and efficient manner 
 
Requirements:
- Experience within a Customer Service Advisor role is essential 
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing industry is advantageous but not essential 
- A professional approach and good customer service skills is a must

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with a salary basic depending on experience, generally upwards from £19k.
