Ecommerce Customer Sales

aka Recruitment are currently working with a local client of ours to bring you this exciting Ecommerce Customer Service Representative position based in Wakefield

Job Duties Include:

- Perform Online Sales Activities to achieve company sales objectives

- Maintain up to date knowledge about product information and promotions

- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally

- Stay updated with online marketing trends and competitors

- Deal and process online orders in a prompt manner

Requirements:

- Knowledge of selling online business products is essential eg Amazon/eBay

- Experience within cloud platforms and knowledge of internal systems is also essential

- Must be able to multitask

- You must be able to deal with a fast paced environment

This role is office based and will cover the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. Salary basic is dependent on experience and product knowledge, if you have furniture expertise this will be a great match for you!
