You will deal with:

  • the on-boarding of new employees, handling administrative tasks related to employment status changes
  • managing day offs and leaves using a locally developed software and doing monthly reports
  • organizing and coordinating health screening
  • collecting, updating and organizing employee documents
  • managing recruitment and selection tasks
  • administrative tasks related to educational applications, training courses
  • active participation in the organization and management of company events
  • other HR administrative tasks, monthly/annual reports, statistics

What we ask of you:

  • a university degree, (HR qualification is always an advantage)
  • at least 2-3 years' experience as an HR generalist or related
  • MS Office user level knowledge (it’s a big plus if you have worked in ERP system)
  • a high level of user knowledge of social media communication channels
  • punctuality and accuracy
  • multifunctionality, multitasking and assertiveness
  • care for your work and a high degree of emotional intelligence
