You will deal with:
- the on-boarding of new employees, handling administrative tasks related to employment status changes
- managing day offs and leaves using a locally developed software and doing monthly reports
- organizing and coordinating health screening
- collecting, updating and organizing employee documents
- managing recruitment and selection tasks
- administrative tasks related to educational applications, training courses
- active participation in the organization and management of company events
- other HR administrative tasks, monthly/annual reports, statistics
What we ask of you:
- a university degree, (HR qualification is always an advantage)
- at least 2-3 years' experience as an HR generalist or related
- MS Office user level knowledge (it’s a big plus if you have worked in ERP system)
- a high level of user knowledge of social media communication channels
- punctuality and accuracy
- multifunctionality, multitasking and assertiveness
- care for your work and a high degree of emotional intelligence
