ACG Budapest, Hungary's leading, integrated, independent advertising agency is looking for a CONTROLLER.
These are some of the tasks you can expect from us:
- participation in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and reports
- maintenance and development of existing invoice project management and accounting systems
- active participation in automation and optimisation projects
- carrying out tasks related to the month-end close (cost allocations, accruals, analyses)
- analyzing variances between budget and actual figures, drafting reports
- participation in the preparation of the business plan
- analyzing cost and revenue data
- preparing management reports and presentations
- preparing ad-hoc statements
- reviewing service contracts/invoices, managing corrections in case of errors
- with at least monthly coordination working closely with the departments and their managers and carrying out a division-by-division plan-fact analysis
- reporting to the annual audit
- project profitability analysis, project controlling
What we ask from you:
- degree in a relevant field (college/university)
- minimum 3-5 years relevant controlling/financial experience
- up-to-date accounting and tax knowledge
- advanced and practical knowledge of MS Excel
- confident in English, which you will use regularly, if not on a daily basis
