Job Requirements:

As an SCPM you will participate in the planning and implementation of forecast translated to material planning, vendor engagements, and contract manufacturing interfacing. The SCPM Manager will contribute in all phases of the product’s NPI, including material fulfillment, and sustaining products in production. Purchase Order management, and all contract manufacturing, directly working with the designated manufacturer. In this position, you will:

  • Work with the Electrical Engineering hardware team in BOM management
  • Demand/procurement/Inventory management:
    • Demand Planning (communicate with others to translate forecast into executable demand)
    • Inventory Management (consigned Inventory, FGI, RMA, MRB, aging, cycle-count)
    • Procurements (PR generation, PO & Invoice/billing, discrepancies reconciliation)
  • Mass Production and fulfillment management:
    • Fulfillment site quote modeling; review and process finalization/set-up starting from Pilot builds
    • Day to day activities with MP and DF sites to address issues and priorities alignment Components EOL and Product Life cycle management (LTB and replacement qual) to ensure supply continuity
  • Global Supply Chain Management (longer term outlook):
    • Deep dive in components cost analysis and suppliers (CM, distributor, controlled components, freight couriers) quotation negotiations
    • VMI, buffer stock/bond review, set-up, monitor with distributors, strategic suppliers and CM
  • Very detail oriented with world class organizational skills
  • Self-starter, and operate with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience of Supply Chain Program management
  • A clear understating of manufacturing processes, test processes, and CM management
  • Has been involved in volume manufacturing, and has worked with number of contract manufacturing houses
  • Proven track record of material management
  • Capable of planning and executing based on the plans created
  • Knowledge in PDM systems: Agile,
  • Has worked with at least one ERP system, and understands the processes (NetSuite, Oracle)
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with all other internal teams, NPI, and external parties
  • A self-starter requiring minimal to no supervision
