Our Client is looking for a Website Coordinator to begin immediately in Charlotte, NC headquarters. The Website Coordinator will work in lockstep with our marketing department, development team, and marketing research, as a marketing-specific administrator of the company's website, managing and monitoring content (announcements, blogs, reviews & testimonials, product, etc.), creative, traffic, issues, and the like. Good attention to detail, creativity, an analytical mind and knowledge of information technology (and leveraging consumer/research insights) are all critical.
Build, manage and monitor month by month content calendar
Monitor online traffic and conversion performance; review and evaluate SEO
Ensure functionality and efficiency of site, pointing out issues to development should they occur
Proven experience as a website manager/coordinator
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
Familiarity with web standards, and market research
