Job Responsibilities: 

  • Recruiting Responsibilities
    • Liaison with clients
    • Write job descriptions
    • Post openings
    • Manage external recruiters
    • Negotiate salary/make offers
    • In-house recruit
  • Manage Employee Experiences
    • On/off boarding
    • Performance review
    • Update resumes
    • Training
    • Policy guidance/administration
  • HR Reporting Requirements
    • VETS, ACA, Affirmative Action, WC, EEOC
  • Assist with company events 
    • Holiday party
    • Monthly lunch meetings
    • All Hands quarterly meeting
    • Happy Hours
    • DevOps Days
    • Agile DC
  • Take lead on promoting company and recruiting at all external events
  • Contract Administration assistance 
    • Contract changes 
    • GSA schedules
  • Assist with payroll, QuickBooks, and invoicing
  • Assist with proposals
  • Prepare NDA's and TA's as necessary 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of backoffice and/or recruiting assistance experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and expertise back office operations & HR 
  • Team player that can accept direction

Good Skills & Experience:

  • Word & Excel
  • Resume writing
  • Hiring & recruiting (salary negotiation, scheduling, etc.)
  • Newton Applicant Tracking System
  • Invoicing & Payroll
  • Employee Benefits (401k, health, dental, etc.)
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews
  • Quickbooks
  • Federal contracting, GSA Schedules, etc.
  • Corporate event scheduling and management
