We are seeking a diverse and multi-faceted candidate to join our customers evolving Digital Marketing Department. In this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for online media buying & planning; as well as, increasing the company’s visibility through online channels & sales opportunities. The successful candidate must possess superb negotiating, written, & verbal communication skills and enjoy working and growing in a fast paced team environment.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and the Chief Marketing Officer to implement a broad, comprehensive, and strategic marketing and communications plan to promote brand recognition and elevate our customer’s online profile.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will report directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and is a full-time employee.
Cultivate and maintain working relationships between and digital advertising vendors.
Buys, plans and negotiates online media purchases.
Coordinates ad creative for approved media buys.
Works in tandem with Digital Research Analyst to be a subject matter expert across customer verticals for consumable products.
Uses media buying filters consistently to determine correct and efficient use of company ad dollars.
Conducts A/B testing with each online campaign to determine best messaging to drive ROI of ad dollars.
Uses Google Analytics to monitor profitability of media buys and recommends any campaign changes as needed.
Creates proper trafficking of ads in correct formats for vendors and provides information to ad production for campaigns.
Audits invoices for media prior to payment processing, ensuring that contracted performance was delivered.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
A minimum of two years’ related digital advertising/marketing experience
Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities with multiple demands and deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to details
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into language easily comprehensible to diverse audiences
Ability to collaboratively work with a team, while also feeling confident working on projects alone
A criminal history background check is required of all employees.

Savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Analytics, SEMRush, Similar Web and working with direct & programmatic digital ad buying platforms.
