Founded in 2013, our customers company connects global brand leaders in fashion and jewelry with affluent Chinese travelers. We are a U.S.-based company operating in New York, London and Shanghai working with 45 brands in 3,000+ stores. Starting in 2018, we have expanded our existing business to offer unique travel and lifestyle experiences to the most discerning travelers.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Be fully accountable for all aspects of our client operations to support both existing and new business with global fashion and hospitality merchants
  • Own and grow existing business by focusing on growth, retention, and satisfaction for key clients
  • Lead and present campaign performance to clients on a monthly basis, sending a monthly report, which includes a detailed invoice, wins, insights and recommendations.

You Must Have: 

  • Skills to pass a series of Case Interviews
  • Cold calling and sales experience
  • Be flexible with working schedules in different time zones (US, CN, EU)
  • Have 1-3 year working experience in Account Manager

Nice to Have:

  • Flexible in traveling within the U.S. and to Europe
  • Either Chinese background and/or language skills, to fully understand our business
  • Or European background (Italian, French)
  • Account Manager experience in Fashion and hospitality industry
  • Experience in marketing strategies
  • Startup experience
