Order Entry and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

·         Process flooring orders through operating system to provide accurate information to warehouse and installers about the desired scope of work

·         Coordinate with other team members to provide the highest level of service possible

·         Identify areas for improvement 

  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Ideal candidate will have experience in flooring and or construction trades doing similar functions. We will train the right candidate.  

Skills Required:

·         Attention to detail to complete orders accurately.

·         Customer Service: Order processors work directly with customers to take their orders. Being friendly and understanding their needs is crucial to the job.

·         Computer Skills: Order processors with computers and database systems. Understanding how to use a keyboard, typing, as well as computer programs like spreadsheets and Word documents is helpful.

·         Knowledge of RFMS, our operating system, a large plus

·         Time Management: Speed is of the essence. Being able to manage how much time is spent on a project is important.

·         Language and Written Skill: Order processor speak and write to Spanish speaking workforce

·         Other Skills: Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking
