Be a division of our client's company providing commercial real estate solutions in a multicultural, bilingual and cross-border fashion form medium and large Latin American companies with operations in the United States and Latin America.
-Obtain and maintain an official commercial real estate license.
-Generate at least 20 weekly contacts by cold calling or face to face with qualified business decision makers (CFO, CEO, COO, Real Estate Directors). Generate at least two weekly meetings with newly qualified decision makers.
-Be able to work with CoStar, Salesforce, Hoovers, ProCalc, Excel, LinkedIn, etc.
-Professionally follow up with clients. Create market surveys, set up site tours, follow up with landlords, provide the client with financial analysis and negotiate best business terms, make suggestions on lease draft and guide client all the way through closing.
-The associate is to act as a consultant with his/her client, not just an information provider or “messenger” between landlords and tenants.
-Attend company’s training sessions and contribute to meaningful feedback.
-Attend networking events and trade shows (AEM, USHCC, Mexico’s consulate, et al.)
-Allocate time to help the team with current projects while not compromising business development time.
-Follow up with alliances with international companies in Latin America and Spain
-Attend team meetings, community events and look for ways to create synergy within the team.
-3+ years of sales experience with proven results.
-Have or obtain a Texas real estate license
-Proficient in English and Spanish
-Excellent written and verbal skills
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
