Marketing Analytics Manager

The Manager will work closely with client’s marketing team to understand how client’s marketing campaigns work. They’re looking for a strong, self-motivated individual who can leverage data to tell great stories. Roles and Responsibilities:

§  Measure the performance of marketing campaigns, develop KPI reports that tell the story behind data to non-technical team members to drive key marketing decisions

§  Assist with marketing media planning/optimization process through complex statistical modeling and analysis

§  Work with marketing analytics lead to develop best in class marketing measurement framework and test & learn calendar

Experience, Expertise and Education: 

§  3-5 years of working experience as a marketing analyst, data analyst or management consultant, preferably work with a high volume of complex data before

§  3+ years of marketing analysis in the consumables/CPG industry

§  Experience with traditional media and digital marketing

§  Knowledge of SQL is a must, experience with Python/R is a plus

§  A/B testing a plus

§  Experienced with visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

§  A highly motivated self-starter; flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment

§  Experience applying statistics and machine learning techniques to marketing data is a plus

§  Degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Business Administration, with a graduate degree strongly preferred
