Business Development Representative

Job Overview:

The Sales Development Representative od Business Development Representative is primarily responsible for new lead generation.  This position will be required to adhere to monthly KPIs, measured to ensure new leads are being developed and converted to pipeline opportunities. These KPIs include call volume, quantity of net-new leads, meetings held with prospects, and new opportunity creation.

Experience, Qualification, Expertise and Skills:

1.    1 – 3 years of Software Sales or SaaS Sales Experience
 
2.    Bachelor’s Degree Required
 
3.    Self-starter with ability to meet strategic or tactical goals
 
4.    Excellent Presentation Skills and effective Communication Skills
 
5.    Drive sales campaign working closely with Solutions team
 
6.    Ability to learn quickly, adapt and prove success
 
7.    Ability to guide and influence client decisions
 
8.    Homebuilding or Industry knowledge preferred
